Lovers’ Park of Yerevan hosts concert of German Satori-QuartetJune 3, 2010 - 20:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Members of the quartet say that being as a chamber music ensemble they want to open guitar music to a wider audience both by maintaining the classical guitar repertoire and by interpreting the works dedicated to the guitar quartet. Loyalty to the text and interpretative clarity as well as concentration and a playful presence characterize the performance of the four musicians. The concert is organized as part of the quartet’s South Caucasian tour. The Satori-Quartet was founded in Turin, Italy in 2008 and soon after started its stage career. From the very beginning a lively artistic exchange between the quartet and composers Michael Quell and Martin Sadowski was brought into being. Furthermore, a walk on the borderline between staged reading, audio play and theater is being planned for 2010.
