  Russian President bestows Order of Merit on Armen Jigarkhanyan October 3, 2010 - 14:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree to bestow the Order of Merit (2nd degree) on USSR People’s Artist Armen Jigarkhanyan. “During decades, your talent has made people happy. Each of your numerous roles is a master class. Your inexhaustible creative energy, ability to unite talented people is extremely valuable for upbringing of a pleiad of young actors,” President Medvedev said in his congratulatory address.
