1050th anniversary of Ani the ancient Armenian capital to be celebrated in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2011, Armenia will be celebrating a jubilee of national importance -1050th anniversary of Ani, an ancient Armenian capital.

At December 6 Armenian Diaspora Ministry sitting, a program of celebratory events was presented.

Release of calendars, screening of documentaries, scientific conferences, a concert on the Republic Square are among the few events on the celebration agenda, Armenian Diaspora Ministry reported.
