The 10-meter monument made of white marble is a ‘rock in movement’, the sculptor describes. It is inaugurated in the street named after Yeltsin. Georgi Frangulyan was born in Tbilisi. He is the author of the monument to Bulat Okudzhava on Arbat and Boris Yeltsin in Novodevichy cemetery.
