Los Angeles Travel and Adventure Show to feature Armenia, Artsakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The prestigious Los Angeles Travel and Adventure Show will feature for the second consecutive year the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh).

Both countries made their first appearance at this largest in the U.S. travel show in 2010 and left lasting impression on thousands of visitors and professional tour operators.

The joint Armenia-Artsakh booth will feature major Armenian travel companies and will offer to visitors travel information and guides, films, video clips as well as folk dances and national culinary delights.

Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia and a sister city of Los Angeles, will prominently feature at the booth with its artistic and cultural diversity. The Armenian artists will perform ethnic songs and dances on each day of the show.

The joint participation of Armenia and Artsakh at the Travel and Adventure Show is co-sponsored by the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian American Chamber of Commerce in close cooperation with Armenian Development Agency and the city halls of Yerevan and Los Angeles.

The show will be held on 19 and 20 March 2011 at the LA Convention centre. Armenia/Artsakh booth’ number is 1509, Asbarez.com reports.
