Armenia to select song for Eurovision 2011 on March 5

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 5, Armenia will select a song to represent the country at Eurovision Song Contest Dusseldorf-2011.

Singer Emmy will perform songs Boom-Boom, Good Bye, Ayo and Hi on Armenian Public Television. The best song will be chosen though SMS voting and professional jury decision.

On May 10, Armenian singer Emmy will participate in the fist semi final of Eurovision, in accordance to the draw cast.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2011 will be the 56th annual Eurovision Song Contest. It will take place in Dusseldorf, Germany, following Germany's win in the 2010 Contest. The contest will be held in Dusseldorf's Esprit Arena, which beat out three challenging venue locations across Germany in a bidding phase in late 2010.
