Emmy to perform for Armenian community in Netherlands

PanARMENIAN.Net - Emmy, Armenia’s entrant for Eurovision 2011 is set to perform for the Armenian community in the Netherlands this weekend after her appearance at the “Eurovision in Concert” promotional event on Saturday, April 9, evening in Amsterdam.

The Armenian participant will perform on Sunday in the Dutch city of Almelo in the east of the country. The city is home to the majority of the countries’ Armenian diaspora. This is not the first time when an Armenian participant in Eurovision performed in Almelo during their promotional tour – this was also done by 2008 entrant Sirusho.

The event will take place at the Armenian church of Almelo: Calouste Gulbenkian-zaal starting at 19.00 local time. The event is free of charge to attend, and everyone is welcome to attend. After the performances Emmy is also available for autographs and photos, according to escdaily.
