  Berd ensemble to present Armenian dance in China, Italy and Canada April 23, 2011 - 12:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Berd dance ensemble is launching an international tour in June 2011. In the framework of the Days of Armenia in China, the ensemble will perform in Beijing in June. The Italy performance scheduled for July consists of two parts, each lasting a bit more than an hour. “Tours to Canada – Montreal and Toronto – are also planned,” artistic director Karen Gevorgyan said in an interview with Kamurj. “We are planning performance of Armenian wedding dance. Besides, the ensemble is getting ready for 50th anniversary celebrations,” he said.
