The Son of Olives Peddler film on Genocide to be screened in Paris

PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 23, Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) will organize a screening of a film The Son of Olives Peddler. The Paris-hosted screening is timed to the 96th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

The film by Mathew Zeytincioglu tells the story of the filmmaker’s attempt at finding the traces of his Armenian grandfather, 1915 Genocide survivor. The film is a reflection of the 1915 tragedy through Turks’ eyes.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A session, with the participation of French analyst Gaits Minasian, Nouvelles d’ Armenie reports.
