Regional program on cultural heritage rehabilitation discussed in GyumriMay 24, 2011 - 17:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 23-24, Gyumri hosted a two-day seminar organized by the Armenian Ministry of Culture as part of an experimental project – Kyiv initiative of regional program on rehabilitation of historical cities’ cultural heritage. The seminar brought together representatives from Armenia’s 9 regions and districts, representatives of local self-government bodies, architects, etc. The project on cultural heritage rehabilitation involves Alaverdi, Ashtarak, Gyumri, Goris, Gnishik-Yeghegis, Dilijan, Meghri, Noraduz, Vagharshapat and Oshakan.
