Special advisor of the US Secretary of State on energy resources of the Caspian Steven Mann has arrived in Tbilisi for considering the issue.

Before the presidential and parliamentary elections are held in Armenia the UN National Democratic Institute (NDI) intends to familiarize with the situation and assist the country in holding them.
