Armenia is ready for a presidential meeting during NATO summit in Bucharest.

The Armenian President attached importance to formation of a legal field for development of economic cooperation with the UK.

"The Armenian-Russian military cooperation under Caucasian tensions has confirmed its significance for security of both states," the RF MFA said.

The inauguration will take place in the framework of an extra parliament session to be summoned on the occasion.

"Peaceful talks for resolution of the Nagrono Karabakh conflict have no alternative. Use of force or compulsion to unilateral conditions is inadmissible," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Serbs opposed to Kosovo's independence battled UN and NATO forces Monday in the divided town of Mitrovica, stoking fears of a new regional conflict in the Balkans.

Both sides must refrain from unilateral and maximalist actions either at the negotiating table or in the field.

"We welcome the vote of the United States against Azerbaijan's biased and destructive attempt to undermine the OSCE peace process," said ANCA Executive Director Aram Hamparian.
