“Hungary agreed to transfer a murderer throwing a challenge to the whole civilized world," the party's statement reads.

"In an unprecedented move, a state leader acted as an ordinary assassin,” the party said in a statement.

“If he agrees to my terms, I will support him, if not, I will propose my own candidacy for the presidential post,” Tsarukyan said.

According to the MFA press office, Minister Nalbandian is scheduled to meet with Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.

Babanov said he hoped the new government will continue the reforms that “have laid the groundwork for economic growth”
