CBA marks Ameriabank-Cascade Bank merger agreement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Bank of Armenia has approved and marked Ameriabank-Cascade Bank merger agreement.

As a result of the merger, Ameriabank CJSC will assume the rights and responsibilities of Cascade Bank to provide higher quality of banking services.

In May 2010, shareholders of Ameriabank and Cascade Bank agreed to reorganization through merger, Ameriabank press service reported.
