Armenia to increase electric power export volumes to Iran

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan said that the volumes of electric power export from Armenia to Iran will be increased.

“The volumes of electric power export have considerably increased this year compared to 2009, and they will continue growing also next year,” Movsisyan told journalists on October 5.

As for Georgia, the Minister noted that currently Armenia does not supply electric power to it, while its export in future depends on many factors, including climate and precipitation in 2011.
