Presenting 2011 budget project at parliamentary sitting, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of increasing tax income without rate increase. As Sargsyan noted, in 2009-2010 serious benefits were allowed for medium and small businesses within anti-crisis policy framework. “In such circumstances, it’s natural to expect the increase of budget payment to exceed GDP growth,” he said.
