As Secretary of the National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan said in his opening remarks, the concept will be officially debated and adopted in the first half of the current year. “There is a world tendency to a strategic approach to food-related problems,” he said, voicing hope that public hearings will help improve the concept and calling on public NGOs and international organizations to make proposals on the matter.
