  Iran is the only state not propagandizing against Armenia July 5, 2010 - 15:49 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Iran is the only country in the region not engaged into anti-Armenian propaganda, blogger Tigran Kocharyan said. “It’s rather difficult to counteract the anti-Armenian propaganda spread by Turkish internet users who have matured in information struggle,” he told a news conference in Yerevan on July 5. “One thing is to develop a concept of information security and another thing is to implement it. Nevertheless, Armenian state agencies carry out more coordinated activity in the information field as compared with previous years,” he said, adding that information wars do not have winners and losers, as the situation is constantly changing.
