Arthur Baghdasaryan: websites of Armenian state bodies are securely protected

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan hosted a sitting of the interdepartmental commission coordinating implementation of the concept of Armenia’s information security.

Implementation of earlier decisions was discussed during the sitting chaired by Secretary of the RA National Security Council (NSC) Arthur Baghdasaryan.

Mr. Baghdasaryan noted that due to measures undertaken by the NSC and other state institutions after approval of the concept of information security, the level of security of official websites of Armenia’s state bodies has been considerably improved. “Currently we can state that our state bodies’ websites are safely protected,” he said.

It was decided during the sitting to develop a procedure for certification of radio devices in Armenia, the adoption of which will significantly contribute to information security in this field, the press service of the RA NSC reported.
