 VimpelCom interested in construction of LTE network in Armenia  December 24, 2010 - 19:19 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Construction of LTE network in Armenia is still on 2011 agenda of VimpelCom Group, the head of company’s PR department for CIS states Artyom Minayev said. As he noted in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, “we’re expecting to get permission to construct the network in Armenia, internet being our basic source for growth.” “In 2011, the company aims to develop convergent solutions on the basis of fixed-line connection in the countries of its presence, including Armenia, where we seek to use our competitive prevalence,” he said. In 2011 the VimpelCom (Beeline) trademark will work towards further improvement of service quality, Minayev stated.
