As the director of Children’s Assistance Center Mira Antonyan stated, the hotline, aimed to aid children in difficult situations, has been operating since 2005. The director of Microsoft Office in Armenia Grigor Barseghyan, in turn, stated that according to Microsoft data, 75% of teenagers worldwide are receiving strangers’ offers of meeting via the internet; 37% of children are accepting the offers, with 10% exposing themselves to actual danger.
