Apple iPad 3 coming soon?February 10, 2011 - 12:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - There are strong rumors that Apple are planning to release a third version of the iPad before the end of the year. According to Apple Insider, the news has surfaced from John Gruber at Daring Fireball. Gruber has a proven track record in spilling the beans on frothing Apple products, and he’s back with the first information on the iPad 3. He thinks that the iPad 2 will release sometime in March, with the iPad 3 following it with a release possibly in September. Specific features are unknown yet, but it could end up being the premium version with distinct advantages over the iPad 2. Gruber thinks that the iPad 3 will be announced at Apple’s annual iPod event, and that it will be running iOS 5.1 – the same software which the next generation iPod will run on too, Product Reviews reported. iPad sale was suspended in Armenia earlier this year. “France Telecom is negotiating the product price with Apple Inc.,” Orange Armenia spokesperson Lilit Martirosyan commented to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “We did not withdraw iPads. 20 samples which we imported to determine the demand for the product have been sold. Consequently, if there is nothing to sell anymore, advertisement is stopped as well,” she said, adding that the post-guarantee service is available for all iPads owners.
