Some hours are left till the iPad 2 sale on Apple’s website and 236 U.S. Apple stores: 4 a.m. New York time. When the iPad went on sale in April, Apple said it sold more than 300 000 in the first day. And It ended up selling more than 15 million in its first nine months on sale. “The iPad 2 is essentially the tablet market,” analyst Ashok Kumar says, predicting the company will sell 35 million units this year.
