UITE to brief Armenian businessmen on advanced technological solutionsMarch 23, 2011 - 17:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) will hold a series of thematic meetings on Information Technologies for Business, which will be aimed at briefing businessmen from various fields on applied technological solutions, as well as informing them of innovations. Monthly meetings of businessmen with representatives of the IT field will be organized to discuss introduction of new technological solutions in business, the UITE press service reported. The meetings will be held for representatives of the following fields: banking, construction industry, healthcare and pharmaceutics, mining industry, jewellery, trade, insurance, food production, transport, tourism, agriculture and education. The first meeting will be organized on March 25 through the assistance of the Union of Armenian Banks and Central Bank of Armenia. It will be dedicated to usage of technological solution in the banking field. Executive Director of UITE Karen Vardanyan and Chairman of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia Arsen Ghazaryan will participate in it. Technological solutions for the banking field will be presented during the meeting by iCON Communications, GNC-Alfa, Norq, CQG IMA, Shirak Technologies/SAP, Apaga Technologies, FlexAp, McAfee, EpygiArm, ArmSoft, Lime Tech, CHS Vericell, Damaris, Smart Tech, Alfa/Polycom.
