PanARMENIAN.Net - Hay Web Browser for Android was recently launched.

As the developer of Hay Web Browser, Hayk Tsirunyan, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the browser is compatible with Android 2.1 update and higher versions. “I created Hay Web in a month. It’s free browser. The installation is standard like other browsers with standard permissions. It demands no rooting,” he said.

According to developer Hayk Tsirunyan, besides reading Armenian fonts Hay Web Browser has an Armenian virtual keyboard, which can be used not only for searching and typing in browser but also for typing an sms message.

“I don’t have any commercial purposes and everyone can download browser for free. I would like Hay Web Browser could be popular in Diaspora as well. Maybe I will put it in Google’s Android Market,” Tsirunyan said, adding that he is going to create a RSS feed of Armenian famous online press for the Hay Web browser.

Hay Web browser can be downloaded for free from http://webdroid.life.am/LifeWebBrowser.apk.
