Microsoft releases Preview Platform for Internet Explorer 10April 13, 2011 - 12:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It was little less than a month ago that Microsoft finally released Internet Explorer 9, their much anticipated refresh that finally brought robust support for HTML5 and CSS3 to the Windows-standard browser. It took Microsoft two years to make IE9, but they’re looking to half that with Internet Explorer 10. Built upon the groundwork that Internet Explorer 9 laid out, Internet Explorer 10 continues to advance HTML5 and CSS3 standards in Microsoft’s browser. It boasts some new CSS3 features including support for multi-column and grid layouts, as well as gradients, transitions, 3D transforms and strict mode. Microsoft has already pushed the Preview Platform for Internet Explorer 10 up for download over at Microsoft’s Test Drive site, according to Geek.com.
