TecChrunch has also noticed this problem. Many skype users throughout Europe are tweeting in a ton of languages about their inability to connect, blaming Microsoft, and even its founder Bill Gates, according to TecChrunch journalists. Skype Heartbeat, which is the official Skype status reporter, has just informed that they are investigating the cause. “A small number of you may have problems signing in to Skype.
