Paper claims Orinats Yerkir's list includes a double citizenMarch 27, 2012 - 11:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chorrord Ishkanutyun paper reported back on March 24 that the proportional list of Orinats Yerkir party has placed 5th Nelson Zuroyan, a stranger to the Armenian public. According to the paper's data, Zuroyan studied in France and holds citizenship of this country. The paper reports that Zuroyan has dual citizenship. Meanwhile, according to the Armenian legislation, foreign citizens cannot participate in elections in the Republic of Armenia, this provision relating to double citizens as well.
