  Magnitude 6.3 earthquake shakes Tokyo March 27, 2012 - 15:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A magnitude 6.3 earthquake shook buildings in Japan's capital of Tokyo on Tuesday, March 27, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and witnesses said. The quake was initially reported at a magnitude of 6.2 off the northeast coast of the main island of Honshu at a depth of 20.5 miles, the USGS said. Japan broadcaster NHK said there was no threat of a tsunami and the U.S. Pacific Tsunami Warning Center also said there was no danger of a tsunami, Reuters reported.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot". The earthquake caused a temporary blackout, damaged many buildings and closed a number of rural roads.
