Azerbaijan gives three Armenian captives to third country

PanARMENIAN.Net - Unofficial sources say, Azerbaijan has given three Armenian prisoners of war to a third country.

As head of Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People of Armenia Armen Kaprielyan told PanARMENIAN.Net no official information has been provided on the issue yet.

“Based on International humanitarian law (IHL), the name of the third country hasn’t been voiced yet out of the interests of Armenia and Azerbaijan. The issues are addressed by international humanitarian organizations, including the Ombudsman's Office,” Mr. Kaprielyan said.
