CSTO Sec. Gen. hails Armenian preparations for fall maneuversMay 21, 2012 - 15:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is actively preparing for CSTO joint exercise of collective rapid reaction forces (RRF), to be held on September 3-8, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization said. “Organizational problems are currently being resolved,” Nikolay Bordyuzha said, hailing the course of preparations by the Armenian side. “The first headquarters talks have already been conducted, during which the composition of the participants and organizational details were discussed,” Mr. Bordyuzha said. He conveyed the readiness of all CSTO member-states, except for Uzbekistan, to participate in different formats of those exercises. Mr. Bordyuzha further said that during the last meeting of CSTO Council, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan officially invited heads of state to follow the course of maneuvers.
