July 20 Kazakh State Secretary Oralbay Abdykarimov handed the diploma at a meeting with the Ambassador on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission in the country, Kazinform reported. The State Secretary thanked E. Khurshudian for his fruitful activities as an ambassador to Kazakhstan, noting that official Astana intends to further develop relations with Armenia. E.
