  Vanik Elizbaryan doesn’t confirm info on becoming Tsarukyan’s spokesman June 6, 2012 - 20:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prosperous Armenia’s political council member Vanik Elizbaryan didn’t confirm information about his being appointed to the post of party leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s spokesman after Khachik Galstyan’s resignation. “I haven’t received such an offer,” Elizbaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He refused to comment on the reasons behind Galstyan’s resignation. Khachik Galstyan disseminated information about his resignation on June 6.
