  Hovhannes Sahakyan becomes MP instead of Transport Minister Gagik Beglaryan June 18, 2012 - 19:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary candidate Hovhannes Sahakyan assumed a deputy mandate instead of a newly-appointed Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan. The resolution was taken at a special session of the Central Electoral Commission. Prior to receiving a deputy mandate, Hovhannes Sahakyan was elected as RPA parliamentary group secretary.
