Government plans to create 100000 new jobs – PM![]() June 20, 2012 - 12:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia plans to create 100000 new jobs in the years to come, Prime Minister said, while announcing the government’s program. “The program also envisages 80% poverty reduction, doubling of minimal salaries, export promotion as well as implementation of a number of social programs,” Tigran Sargsyan said. The Prime Minister further pledged to follow through the programs and reforms launched. The announcement was followed by a Q&A session on program details. Partner news A special sitting of the National Assembly launched on Monday, June 17, with 104 parliamentarians participating. “I’m good at what I’m doing – implementing educational and charity projects,” he said in an interview with Ksenia Sobchak. RPA parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan said the latest National Assembly session featured both show and populism.
