The tour will take place from the July 7 to August 12. The tour will have a significant importance for the Armenian culture. The choir will perform 16 concerts in Japanese cities, have meetings with famous cultural figures, prominent artists and Japanese youth. The purpose of the tour is to establish ties of friendship between the Japanese and Armenian nations, to present the rich Armenian culture, as well as works of world-known composers. Little Singers of Armenia choir will also perform the works of two contemporary composers, the winners of the international choral composition competition for children's choir announced by Tigran Hekekyan and the Armenian Little Singers International Association.
