Turkish security forces find 50kg of explosives in anti-PKK raids![]() June 25, 2012 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish security forces discovered a total of 50 kilograms of explosives in three different locations along a road near Uzuntarla village, Tunceli province, while conducting an operation against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) on Monday, June 25, Today's Zaman reported. Security units immediately called a bomb disposal team. Anti-PKK raids are continuing in the region. Earlier in the day, a 12-kilogram tube containing C-4 explosive was found in Tunceli province during an operation to capture PKK militants who opened fire on a gendarmerie unit near a Tunceli village. In the ensuing operation, gendarmerie forces found C-4 explosive packed inside a tube. Gendarmerie sources said operation to locate the terrorists is still under way in the region. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
