Karabakh settlement impossible without Artsakh’s involvement - FM![]() June 29, 2012 - 15:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan to discuss Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.At the meeting, Nalbandian briefed the President on the results of his meeting with Azeri Foreign Minister and OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in Paris. Also, the Foreign Minister informed him about the oncoming visit of OSCE MG co-chairs to Artsakh capital. “I’d like to reiterate that solution of the conflict is impossible without involvement of Nagorno Karabakh Republic,” the Foreign Minister stressed. “Nor can Basic Principles of conflict settlement be considered finalized without Artsakh’s agreement,” Nalbandian said, Armenian foreign ministry press service reported. Partner news Tigran Sargsyan: the authorities will do the utmost in the coming 4-5 years to ensure favorable conditions for the people. Members of all parliamentary groups, PM, Energy Minister and the chair of the Public Services Regulatory Commission were invited to participate. Vahan Hovhannisyan voiced hope that the ruling authorities acknowledge the difficulties Armenia currently faces.
