Christian Bale, Nicolas Cage poised to star in Nikola Tesla biopic July 11, 2012 - 21:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Christian Bale and Nicolas Cage could be set to star in Tesla, Ruler Of The World, according to reports, Belfast Telegraph said. Christian would play Serbian scientist and physicist Nikola Tesla and Nicolas fellow scientist Thomas Edison in the film, directed by Mike Newell, Wild Rooster reported. Nikola Tesla pioneered modern electrical engineering but died penniless in 1943. The film would be shot in Chicago from a screenplay by Serbian writer Vladimir Rajcic. Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time director Mike could take on the film after he completes Great Expectations.
