Russell Crowe, Lucy Liu-starring “Man With the Iron Fists” release date set

PanARMENIAN.Net - Quentin Tarantino will present “The Man With the Iron Fists” to theatergoers November 2, Universal announced, according to TheWrap.

Tarantino has offered his name to the film, which marks the directorial debut of Wu-Tang Clan member RZA. RZA, né Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, is also starring in the film, which he co-wrote with Tarantino collaborator Eli Roth. Roth starred in Tarantino's “Inglorious Basterds” as Donny “The Bear Jew” and is the writer and director of the “Hostel” franchise.

“The Man with the Iron Fists,” which also stars Russell Crowe and Lucy Liu, chronicles a local blacksmith who unites with warriors and assassins in an epic battle.

The battle takes place in a small Chinese village and the winners earn a fortune of gold. Rick Yune, Jamie Chung, Cung Le and Pam Grier also appear.
