FMs Nalbandian, Vashadze say Georgia-Armenia ties at high level![]() July 14, 2012 - 17:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Saturday, July 14, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze who arrived on a working visit to Yerevan. At the meeting, the parties mutually stressed the high level of Armenia-Georgia cooperation, enabling effective solution of current issued and implementation of programs of joint interest. The parties further focused on improvement of legal and contractual fields, cooperation in the framework of international organizations, energy partnership, and demarcation of Armenia-Georgia border. In conclusion, the officials exchanged views on a number of regional issues, foreign ministry press service reported. Partner news Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas. Armen Martirosyan noted that the price rise will further deteriorate the situation in the country, fostering emigration. In this connection, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for Strasbourg to attend CoE foreign ministers meeting.
