Russian parliament speaker Sergey Naryshkin to visit Armenia July 23![]() July 20, 2012 - 16:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian State Duma delegation led by speaker Sergey Naryshkin will pay a 2-day visit to Armenia on July 23, Armenian parliament press service reported. Meetings with President Serzh Sargsyan, parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Prime-Minister Tigran Sargsyan are on Naryshkin’s agenda, as well as visits to Armenia’s Academy of Sciences, and Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Victims Memorial. Earlier, in July 11, the Chairman of Russia’s Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko traveled to Armenia. Partner news Prior to the vote, RPA parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan announced the party’s decision to vote against the bill. At the meeting, the parties focused on the prospects of bilateral relations, and cooperation in the framework of international organizations.
