Culture development in Artsakh was discussed at the meeting. President Sahakyan stressed the importance of the cultural event, which, he noted, became a tradition in the Republic. As the President said, the event promotes preservation of humanistic values and formation of the atmosphere of mutual respect, also boosting Artsakh awareness in the countries worldwide.
