  Paper: Gyumri Mayor’s son on night shooting spree July 24, 2012 - 13:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Internet reports, gunshots were heard throughout July 23 night in Gyumri’s Central Park, Hayatsk daily said. Rumors are, the shots were fired by the son of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan, Spartak, who was at the wedding the day before. Following the wedding, Spartak and his friends went to a café Oasis where he started shooting in the air, with the shooting spree continued in the city.
