Aram Safaryan factually left Prosperous Armenia party, paper says![]() July 25, 2012 - 12:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, the ex-secretary of parliament’s standing committee for protection of human rights and public affairs Aram Safaryan, who failed to garner an MP seat, has lost interest in Prosperous Armenia party. Though Safaryan made no official statements in this regard, he factually left Prosperous Armenia and even stopped visiting the party’s bureau. Safaryan neither confirmed nor denied the report in a conversation with Zhoghovurd reporter. “I won’t be providing comments or reply questions till September. I’m on vacation now,” he said. Partner news A special sitting of the National Assembly launched on Monday, June 17, with 104 parliamentarians participating. “I’m good at what I’m doing – implementing educational and charity projects,” he said in an interview with Ksenia Sobchak. RPA parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan said the latest National Assembly session featured both show and populism.
