  NKR leader, Defense Minister discuss situation at border July 28, 2012 - 15:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 28, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with the defense army’s supreme command staff headed by defense minister Movses Hakobyan. Issues related to army building, situation along the Karabakh-Azerbaijan borderline and amelioration of social conditions of the servicemen were discussed during the meeting, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
