Hosam Hafez completes diplomatic mission in the republic, Foreign Ministry's spokesman Tigran Balayan told PanARMENIAN. Earlier, rumors circulated suggesting Syrian diplomat had come over to Syrian opposition’s side. “RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received no official information regarding Mr. Mr. Mhd.
