Big staff reductions recorded in Armenian Defense Ministry, paper says

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhamanak paper, big staff reductions have been recorded in Armenian Defense Ministry.

By Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan’s decree general Sergei Chalyan, general staff deputy head, lieutenant general Valeri Grigoryan, as well as head of the ministry’s organizational and mobilization department Arakel Martikyan have been relieved of their posts, the paper says.

Ministry’s spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan neither confirmed, nor denied the information, saying “You will be informed, once a formal decree is issued.”
