 Paper says Lincy Foundation-constructed highway in poor condition August 4, 2012 - 13:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Aravot daily, Voskepar-Kirants 11 km. border highway, the construction of which was financed by Lincy Foundation in 2001-2003, is currently in poor condition. The road construction team’s low-quality work is believed to the main reason. The interstate highway will be paved with the stone piles spread out on edge of the road, the paper says.
