Paper: Artsakh official deems parliament rearrangements possible

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hayots Ashkhar daily, though the opposition candidate garnered 1/3 of the votes at Artsakh presidential race, all parliamentary forces back the current leader.

In response to this, chairman of the NKR National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations Vahram Atanesyan said that the polling results would be the same regardless of the two parties’ backing President Bako Sahakyan.

“I wouldn’t like the political forces to hamper president’s activities following the elections. They should help him to take right decisions and pursue the right policy as to the government formation, as well as executive branch -parliament relations,” Mr. Atanesyan said, noting political rearrangements in Artsakh National Assembly possible.
